In active recovery, Sarah supports others to achieve the same as a Family & Friends and Addiction Counselor. Sarah provides guidance in recovery plans, relapse prevention, and goal setting. Sarah works not only with those navigating addiction and recovery, but also with family members, partners, spouses, and loved ones.

Sarah believes recovery is possible and utilizes her personal and professional experiences to guide others.

Sarah is a qualified Canadian Certified Associate Addiction Counselor (CCACF) and is continuing her education at McMaster University. Sarah’s varied background in youth, family, and addiction programs, provides the perfect foundation for Recovery coaching.
