Having personally navigated addiction and codependency, Sarah understands the complexities of recovery firsthand. She has turned her journey into a passion for supporting others, offering compassionate, person-centered care that fosters both acceptance and hope.

Beyond counselling, Sarah is an engaging public speaker and peer support advocate, using her voice to break stigma and inspire change. She provides education on addiction, family dynamics, and trauma-informed recovery, empowering individuals, loved ones, and professionals with the tools they need to support lasting transformation.

Sarah’s holistic approach integrates psychoeducation, communication tools, and boundary-setting strategies to guide individuals toward sustainable healing. Family & friends coaching exist to provide support to those impacted by a loved ones addiction. We understand addiction impacts the whole family and will provide a wholistic approach including psycho education and tools for communication, boundaries and self connection.”
